The organisers will invoice you for these costs before the seminar. In case you do not pay the fee before coming to the seminar, you can pay in cash in the Czech Republic.
Seminar fee (500EUR) will cover organisational costs, conference documents, all meals, 3 nights’ accommodation (from 6th to 9th November 2008 in single rooms) and bus transport during the seminar.
